Shipping policy

1. Shipping Cost: Free Shipping

 

Elevate Hers is pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders, regardless of the purchase value or your destination worldwide. There are no additional shipping costs for the customer.

 

2. Order Processing

 

The order deadline will be 00:00 (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles)

Processing time is the period required to verify, package, and prepare your order for shipment.

  • Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

 

3. Estimated Delivery Times — Express Shipping

 

We utilize an efficient express shipping service to ensure you receive your products quickly. Delivery time starts counting from the order shipment date (after processing).

Important Note: The 2 to 7 business days are an estimated high-speed delivery timeframe. In rare cases, factors external to Elevate Hers (such as customs clearance or peak carrier demand) may cause minor delays.

 

4. Order Tracking

 

All orders include tracking.

  • Tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  • It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be updated in the carrier’s system after shipment.

 

5. Customs, Taxes, and Duties (Import Fees)

 

Elevate Hers is not responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), or any other charges levied by your destination country.

  • All orders are shipped under the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

  • The customer is solely responsible for paying any and all applicable import fees or taxes required by their local government upon package arrival.

  • If the customer refuses the package due to unpaid customs fees, the refund will be processed only after the package returns to our warehouse and will be deducted the full cost of the return shipping fee.

 

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

 

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is complete and correct at the time of checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders undelivered due to address errors provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
